FAQ for Previous Club Members
Will the previous case club still exist?
No, our new case club as described above will be replacing the previous club.
Will I be automatically signed up?
No, you will not. To sign up for our new case club please click here.
Will my previous membership remain valid?
No, your previous club membership will no longer be valid
What if I have remaining credits from the previous club?
You will be able to use those at your discretion in our bistro until your balance reaches zero, however no new credits will be issued on future purchases.
Will my credits expire?
No, you will be able to use any account credits from the previous case club in our bistro until the balance reaches zero.
Terms and Conditions
- 21 Years of Age or Older & In-Person Signature Requirement: Deliveries require an adult signature of 21 years or older. After 3 attempts to deliver with no signature, UPS will return shipments. We provide advanced notice and tracking of each shipment.
- Membership benefits/discounts apply to active club members only.
- Return Policy: We stand behind every wine we make, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange for replacement (pending availability) or refund.
- Returned Shipments: The customer is responsible for shipping, return, and re-shipping costs.
- Damaged shipments are insured. Please call us if you incur such a shipment.
- Regulations for shipping wine vary by state. We comply with all regulations based on their individual shipping laws and limitations. Due to current state regulations, we regretfully cannot ship wine to all 50 states.
- Taxes and Limitations: Individual state regulations for taxes and limits do apply.
- Automatic Payments & Deliveries: This is an automatic delivery program where you agree to have the payment for the order applied automatically. You will only be charged twice a year, for your 6 bottle shipments, one week before shipping. This is not a “paid membership club”. Customers who choose to pick up their shipment from the winery, will be e-mailed when their order is ready.
- Member Details: Current contact, billing and shipping information must be provided.
- Age Requirement: By registering for wine club membership, you are confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
- Leaving the Program: Your membership continues until we hear from you in writing, by phone, or via email. After two shipments, you may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations or changes to club shipments must be received at least 30 days prior to shipment date or pick-up date.
